At FIXERON, while we conduct reactive maintenance, we believe that if you choose one of our planned preventative maintenance packages you should not need reactive maintenance very often. Is the service automated when calling out of office hours?

No, the helpdesk is manned 24 hours a day so you will speak to someone as soon as your call is answered.

Is there a monthly charge to access the helpdesk service?

No, the service is available to anybody whether contracted or not. However, our managed/contracted clients are prioritized and benefit from discounted rates (please see our managed services page).

What happens if you can’t conduct repairs and fix my problem straightaway?

We would like to say that we can normally fix your problem in a short time and we carry spare parts when we visit your premises. However, sometimes we do not carry a specific part, or we are limited in the materials we can purchase during the night. We will always order parts for you and on receipt we will return to your premises and finish the repair. We will also quote for every job, so you keep an eye on your budget.
