At ECMS, we have designed several client services packages to meet our customers’ requirements.We also give all our clients the opportunity to upgrade to alternative packages whenever needed.Additionally, we can work with you to create bespoke service packages or, you can choose to select FIXERON services individually, for example, just Cleaning or individual Planned Preventative Maintenance.When you do this, you simply use our Basic Reactive Maintenance call-out service.We pride ourselves on flexibility allowing our clients to choose exactly what support they want from our team.However, if clients choose us to cover Cleaning and Planned Preventative Maintenance as well, we can make a simple adjustment to any a contract to include the Fully Managed Support Service for just a small fee.This gives our clients the bonus of many additional benefits.We believe that smaller businesses may benefit from the Managed Reactive Service due to the number of callouts that might be required.This type of service gives priority status and peace of mind.

In case of emergency or in the instance that you might not be able to contact your Account Manager, you will be granted full access to our 24-hourhelpdesk. The helpdesk is a friendly team that take time to understand your requirements and keep you up to date throughout any work undertaken.
