Setting Up Your Tailor-Made Support Service
It is so easy to set up your FIXERON maintenance support package:
- Call or email FIXERON today and a member of our friendly help-desk team will book out the appropriate manager to visit you at a convenient time within one working days depending on your needs. For example, Cleaning, Maintenance or Fully Managed Service. The relevant manager will visit you to accurately quote.
- At the first site visit, an Account Manager or Cleaning Manager will give you a brief overview of FIXERON , run through the services we offer, the service levels we perform to, our packages and discuss our maintenance rates. They will take time to talk through your requirements, conduct a site visit, discuss frequency of maintenance or cleaning, and possibly suggest other services that you might be interested in.
- The Account or Cleaning Manager will prepare a quote and send it to you with a service specification detailing what was discussed at the site meeting along with associated costs.
- It is up to you how you wish to proceed. If necessary, we can revise the initial quote and tailor the services you want, detailing a Reactive Maintenance plan.
- Once the quote is agreed, your Account Manager will send it back to you with a contract for signature.
